Sports & Table Thai Stretching

We offer stretching in the form of sports massage and table thai stretching!
Our sports massages are designed to improve performance and prevent injury - in addition to helping the body recover from injuries associated with physical activity. They consist of light assisted stretching combined with therapeutic massage. Pressure can range from light to firm (this is not a deep tissue massage).
Our table thai can be stand alone or combined with a therapeutic massage as well. You can expect your session to incorporate philosophies of traditional Table Thai bodywork, and yoga utilizing general stretches and joint mobilization to increase range of motion, increase flexibility and to alleviate pain. It is gentle enough for clients dealing with chronic pain (i.e fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis) and versatile enough to complement an active and athletic lifestyle. Session can range from 45 to 50 minutes hands on time, and includes a thorough intake to ensure the clients safety. When combined with massage, expect up to 90 minutes of hands on time (thai stretching will be limited to 30 minutes).
